Ingredients

  • Eggs (8)
  • Milk (1/2 cup)
  • Cheese
  • Veggies

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190 C
  2. Sautee veggies in cast iron pan until they look nice
  3. Whisk the eggs and milk and pour into pan
  4. Cook for about 5 mins, until the edges start to set
  5. Put in the oven for about 25 minutes, or until the frittata is puffy
